SMS Program Terms
Program Description
This is a personal, low-volume SMS program operated by Matthew Baya. Messages are sent to a limited group of family members, close friends, and individually opted-in contacts. The program is used for personal updates, reminders, coordination, check-ins, and direct conversational communication. This is not a marketing, promotional, or commercial messaging program.
Consent to Receive Messages
You must have explicitly agreed to receive text messages from this number through direct personal communication — such as an in-person conversation, a phone call, an email exchange, or a direct text exchange in which you clearly indicated your consent. No messages are sent to purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party contact lists.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on communication needs. There is no fixed sending schedule.

Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from this number. You will be removed from the list immediately and will receive no further messages.
